Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via national post services for your country with tracking and drop-off with signature. If you prefer faster delivery we are happy to offer you and EMS worldwide services. This delivery is for about 3-10 days depends of the country and the prices are fixed, just for you. However they are not as cheap as a regular delivery but they are faster then the regular one.

All orders for over $ 80.00 have free delivery option, provided by your national post operator and your order will be delivered by your post officers in your country.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Boxes/envelopes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

You may return your order within 14 days from receiving the parcel. The receiving date is the date when you actually have it and place your signature under the receipt. All returns must be verified first from our system and then you'll be able to send the parcel back. To make a return you must be a registered customer and log-in to your account. We are looking for the following criteria:

  1. The package must be as you have the ordered item - not damaged but may contain some transportation marks
  2. The item must have all its labels and tags
  3. The item must be without traces of use
  4. The postage fee needs to be handle by you in order to accept the item back and refund your amount

We could offer you several options for your returned order:

  1. Fully refund in EUR or USD by PayPal (the refund is done after we have your parcel back at our warehouse and after approval of your request)
  2. Exchange the item if the size is wrong or the model is not as it was described (no extra postage will be calculated)
  3. Keep the amount as a credit in your favor so you may use it in your next order
